Last updated December, 2017. The exercise of meditating technically takes time out of your day. In reality, though, it adds time back into your day by improving your ability to focus and stay grounded in the present moment. This, in turn, leads to better decisions and more skillful actions and reactions. In short, it makes you more effective in everything you do.
