I don't have time.

The exercise of meditating technically takes time out of your day.

In reality, though, it adds time back into your day by improving your ability to focus and stay grounded in the present moment.

This, in turn, leads to better decisions and more skillful actions and reactions. In short, it makes you more effective in everything you do.

That's why there's this old saying:

"If you don't have time to sit and meditate 20 minutes a day, you should sit and meditate for an hour."

Stop making excuses. Go create some time.

What are you trying to "cope" with?
  • Stress?
  • Anxiety?
  • Sleep problems?

Coping doesn't work - addressing the root cause does. We'll show you how.
