We've been teaching mindfulness and meditation for almost 20 years.
Since 2003,
We released "The T.A.D. Principle" over 15 years ago, and it has since evolved into meditationSHIFT and (currently) "An owner's guide to the mind."

It's been called "life-changing," and it combines concepts from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (the precursor to cognitive behavior therapy) and Buddhist and Stoic philosophy. It's online and self-paced, and represents the culmination of almost two decades of research, writing, and working with people around the world.

Our personal instruction is customized to meet the experience level and needs of each student (or, group of students).
It doesn't matter if you are just starting out, or if you have an existing practice - we can help.
Each class is designed to last 90 minutes, and is held in your home. There are usually three components:

- Lecture - discussion targeted to your specific experience level.
- Q&A - you can ask questions about topics covered in the lecture, or mindfulness and meditation in general.
- Practice - instruction and activity. Yes, we actually sit and meditate (no special equipment required)!
