28-day meditation challenge - February, 2020

​​We don't want building a consistent meditation practice and applying mindfulness to your daily life to get lost in traditional "New Year's resolutions." So, we wait until February to begin our meditation challenge.

And, this year is special, because there are 29 days in February!

Each day we'll remind you to practice with a short post (or short email) about something related to mindfulness, meditation, challenges and misconceptions, momentum and motivation, et cetera.

And, we'll focus on quality over quantity, starting small (3 minutes) and building up to 10 minutes by the end of the challenge. Of course, you can always do more - you can proceed at your own pace, and still utilize the daily posts/reminders as part of your practice.
